These pretty organdy circles are just what you need to make pretty little “poufs” on top of your favors. Ours are made of the finest Italian sheer shimmering organza tulle that makes each one of them shiny and distinctive. Ideal for decorating your favors with the confetti almonds inside. They come already finished and you just attach them to your favors.
